With a Doctorate in Business Administration (Marketing) and 25 years of professional experience, Dr. Kaniya leads Hey Helper, Thailand’s pioneering and fastest-growing domestic worker agency since founded in 2013. She integrates research-based knowledge with heartfelt leadership, driving sustainable growth and professionalism in the field. As Dr. Jane Hey Helper - a Domestic Relationship Coach, she inspires harmony and respect between employers and domestic workers nationwide.
